My co-workers here at S2 joke around about my 15 kids and talk about how busy I am, and although it sometimes does feel like I have 15 ... I actually "only" have 4 children. They keep me busy as all get-out.
If you're a parent like me, you love your kids more than anything in the world ... and you will agree with me that your child's health is more important than even your own personal health.
It shouldn't surprise you when I say that kids have a hard time eating a balanced diet, and often times lack key nutrients for optimal health.
And because parents know that, I'm constantly asked "Should my kids take Supplements?"
Obviously, most of the supplements in our store aren't for kids ... but there are a few items that should be considered essential for any growing child.
There are two products that my kids use that honestly every parent should invest in:
1) A quality Multi-Vitamin.
2) A product called Opti-Kids from 1st Phorm.
These products will boost the amount of vitamins and minerals that your children consume ... which is key for their overall health and development of their body.
When looking for a Multi-Vitamin for your kids, select one with no artificial dyes or coloring ... and make sure it covers all the essential nutrients they need for optimum health.
You can't go wrong with either M-Factor Kiddos by 1st Phorm, or Nordic Berries by Nordic Natural ... both of which are available at all S2 locations.
The other supplement I spoke about called Opti-Kids is one of a kind.
Opti-Kids is an all-natural blend of non-GMO fruits, vegetables, digestive enzymes, probiotics, and organic grasses. There's ZERO synthetic ingredients, and all the vitamins are sourced from whole foods!
On top of all of that, Opti-Kids has 6 grams of high quality whey protein which provides amino acids to help with kid's growing bodies.
The best part about Opti-Kids .... it tastes just like chocolate milk and your children will love it.
Since starting my kids on their Multi-Vitamin and Opti-Kids, I have noticed that they have better energy throughout the day ... and they haven't gotten sick nearly as often.
So there you have it ... to sum up my long winded response to the question: yes, your kids can and should be using supplements!
If you have any more questions about what you or your children need to take in order to live a healthy life, stop by your local Supplement Superstores and we will help you out!
