When it comes to hitting your goals of losing body fat or gaining muscle, the first thing people think of is “no more sweets” … but what if we had some awesome alternatives for you?

These desserts are protein packed and macro friendly … and they're delicious! So we wanted to share four of them with you.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar Substitute
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/2 Cup Titan Whey Vanilla Wafer Protein Powder
- 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a cookie sheet or baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a small mixing bowl, combine all your ingredients and mix until combined.
3. Using your hands, form 12 balls of cookie dough and place them on the lined sheet. Press down on each cookie to form a cookie shape. Bake the cookies for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown.
4. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet completely.

Blueberry Banana Bread

Ingredients:
- 2 Mashed Bananas
- 3 TBSP Water
- 1 TBSP Ground Flax
- 2 servings Element Vanilla Protein powder
- 2 TBSP Almond Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Sea salt
- ½ cup Blueberries

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
3. To the mashed bananas add the ground flax and water and stir well to incorporate.
4. Add protein powder, cinnamon, almond flour, salt and baking powder to the wet ingredients. Stir well to combine
5. Stir in blueberries (frozen is fine).
6. Spray 2 single serve ramekin with nonstick spray. Divide the batter between ramekins.
7. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or microwave each for 2
minutes.

High Protein S’Mores Brownie Truffle

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 Cup Element Chocolate Lave Cake
- 1 TBSP Dark Cocoa Powder
- 2 Large Marshmallows, Cut into Pieces
- 1/4 Hershey's Chocolate Bar
- 1 Graham Cracker, Crumbled into Small Pieces
- Stevia to Taste

Directions:
1. Mix stevia and Greek yogurt together to make the "pudding" layers.
2. In another bowl, combine cocoa powder, whey, stevia to taste, and water until brownie batter consistency is reached. Cook in the microwave for 1-1.5 minutes to make the chocolate cake.
3. Crumble chocolate cake into small pieces.
4. In a dessert glass or mason jar, layer the following ingredients: graham cracker crumbles, marshmallows, Greek yogurt/stevia mixture, chocolate cake crumbles. Repeat layering and top with Hershey's bar. Feel free to add low calorie whipped cream on top and enjoy!

Frosted Animal Cracker Protein Cheesecake

Ingredients:
- ¾ cup fat free Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup whipped cream cheese
- 1 ½ scoop CarbonFire Element Vanilla protein powder
- 1 top zero calorie powdered sweetener
- 1 TBSP sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
- Pinch of salt
- 5 crushed frosted animal crackers

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients into large mixing bowl (except crushed frosted animal crackers). Mix until no chunks.
2. Once mixed separate into two separate serving bowls.
3. Add to freezer for 10 minutes
4. Add crushed crackers before serving and enjoy!
