We know you're looking forward to enjoying some sweet treats this Fall ... and doing so without completely throwing off your fitness goals!

When I find recipes that are this good & this easy to make ... I have to share them with you.

Here's 2 different low calorie, protein packed, rich & creamy Homemade Protein Ice Cream recipes ... it's hard to beat healthy ice cream during the hotter months of the year!

Apple Pie Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1 1/4 Cup - Fairlife Ultra-Filtered Milk, Fat Free

1 Scoop - Titan Whey Vanilla Wafer

1 TBSP - SF Cheesecake Jell-O Mix

1/4 Cup - Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal

1/2 Cup - Apple Pie Filling

Dash of Cinnamon

 

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients (except CTC cereal) to the Ninja Creami container. Mix well with hand held frother.

2. Freeze container for 24 hours until frozen.

3. Remove frozen pint and install into your Ninja Creami. It's important that your pint has a level surface, otherwise it can damage the blade.

4. For the first spin, add a splash of Fairlife Milk, press Ice Cream button. Remove the lid and make a small hole in the middle of the pint. Add 2-3 TBSP more Fairlife milk to the center of the hole + CTC cereal.

5. Add back to machine, and press the re-spin button.

6. Check ice cream. The final product should be creamy and have a smooth texture. If your desired consistency isn't reached you can add a bit more liquid and spin again on the re-spin setting.

7. Once reached, make another small hole and add oreo thins. Spin once more on mix in setting and enjoy!

Alternatively you can add all the oreo pieces as toppings without spinning once more.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cheesecake Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1 1/4 Cup - Fairlife Ultra-Filtered Milk, Fat Free

1 Scoop - Titan Whey Vanilla Wafer

2 TBSP - 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese

1/4 Cup - Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal

5g - Sweetener 

8g - Vanilla SF pudding

Dash of Cinnamon

 

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients (except Strawberries and Graham Cracker) to the Ninja Creami container to the max fill line and mix well with hand held frother.

2. Freeze container for 24 hours until frozen.

3. Remove frozen pint and insert into your Ninja Creami. (It's important that your pint has a level surface, otherwise it can damage the blade.)

4. For the first spin, press the Ice Cream button. Remove the lid and make a small hole in the middle of the pint. Add 2-3 TBSP more almond milk to the center of the hole.

5. Add back to machine, and press the re-spin button.

6. Check ice cream. The final product should be creamy and have a smooth texture. If your desired consistency isn't reached you can add a bit more liquid and spin again on the re-spin setting.

7. Once consistency is reached ... make another small hole and add strawberries and crushed graham cracker. Spin once more on mix in setting and enjoy!

Alternatively you can add the strawberries and graham crackers as toppings without spinning once more.

Ice cream will turn out best with a Ninja Creami, but a blender and food processor works great as well. Just stick it in the freezer after blending!
