Stress can be a make or break it, when it comes to seeing results. Unfortunately, ANYTHING can cause stress on your body. Work, family, even traffic … the list goes on and on.

So what is stress?

How can we prevent it?

What supplements help us control it?

Stress comes from increased cortisol levels and cortisol is your body’s main stress hormone.

Stress is your body’s response to pressure and is triggered when you experience something new or unexpected or when you feel like you have no control over a situation. It can put a mental and emotional strain on anyone!

When you're  overly stressed it can make it easier to overeat, lack energy, and store more body fat.

Though it is easier said than done… lowering stress is truly possible. Figuring out different ways to control what you can control and not letting the littlest of things control you is a great way to help.

There are a few different supplements you can use to help combat stress as well. Some are more specific for before bed and helping with sleep as well.
