Salted Caramel Cold Brew Shake
Ingredients:
1 scoop 1st Phorm Phormula-1 Salted Carmel
½ cup cold brew coffee
½ frozen banana
¾ cup almond milk
Ice
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more ice or almond milk to adjust texture.

Vanilla Berry Blast
Ingredients:
1 scoop Element Vanilla
½ cup frozen mixed berries
½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 tsp honey (optional)
¾ cup water or almond milk
Ice
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more ice or almond milk to adjust texture.

Chocolate PB Banana Shake
Ingredients:
1 scoop Titan Devil’s Food Cake
1 banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Ice
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more ice or almond milk to adjust texture.

350 cal | 30g protein | 30g carbs | 12g fat

Mocha Ice Cream Protein Shake
Ingredients:
1 scoop Phormula-1 Cafe Mocha
½ cup brewed coffee (cold or room temp)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ frozen banana (for creaminess)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Ice (as much as you want)
Optional: 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate syrup or a few cacao nibs
