Shipping Policy Overview

Orders from Supplement Superstores are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Purchases placed before 2:00 PM CST on a business day will ship out the same day. Orders submitted after that cutoff time will be handled on the next business day.

If an order is placed after 2:00 PM CST on a Friday, it will be prepared over the weekend, but carrier pickup will occur on Monday.

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are carrier-provided estimates and may vary based on location and shipping method selected. We ship using UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your chosen option.

Carrier delivery schedules:

  • UPS: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)

  • USPS & FedEx: Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays)

Expedited Shipping Details

UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air services include guaranteed delivery dates from UPS. These guaranteed dates are displayed during checkout for each expedited option.

Please note that UPS expedited services only deliver Monday through Friday.
For example:

  • A Next Day Air order placed before 2:00 PM CST on Friday will arrive on Monday.

  • A 2nd Day Air order placed before 2:00 PM CST on Thursday will arrive on Monday.

Expected delivery dates are always shown at checkout based on your address and order time.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.


Digital-only items, including gift cards, do not count toward the $100 free shipping minimum.

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses must be sent via USPS. If another carrier is selected at checkout, the shipping method will automatically be updated to USPS to ensure successful delivery.

  • Final shipping costs are displayed before checkout is completed.

  • Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 1 business day to appear after shipment.

  • At this time, we ship within the United States only.

How are shipping rates determined?
Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and delivery distance. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
Yes. These addresses require USPS delivery and will automatically be assigned a USPS shipping method if another option is selected during checkout.
