Eligible products may be returned for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs.

Once a return is approved and the product is received by Supplement Superstores, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to process and display the credit.

Return Eligibility & Requirements

To qualify for a full refund:

Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on mailed returns.

Proof of purchase is required.

In-Store Returns

Products may also be returned in person at any Supplement Superstores retail location. In-store returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and completed within 30 days of purchase. Refunds for in-store returns will be processed according to the original payment method whenever possible.
