These 4 protein-packed ice cream recipes let you satisfy your sweet tooth while staying on track.

Cherry Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Fairlife Fat Free Milk
- ¼ cup Level-1 Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp Sugar Free/Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 2 tsp Zero Calorie Sweetener
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- ¾ cup No Sugar Added Cherry Pie Filling
Mix-Ins:
- 4 pitted cherries
- 1 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips (15g)
Directions:
- Add everything except pie filling into a pint, blend smooth.
- Stir in the pie filling.
- Freeze overnight.
- Run through the “Ice Cream” function on your Ninja Creami.
- Make a hole in the middle, add mix-ins, and run the “Mix-In” function. Enjoy!

Crunch Bar Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Fairlife Fat Free Milk
- 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- ¼ cup Evofusion Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 tsp Sugar-Free/Fat-Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
- 1 tsp Zero Calorie Sweetener of your choice
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Mix-Ins:
- 1 Snack Size Crunch Bar, crumbled (about 1 tbsp worth)
- Crunch Layer
- 1 tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips (10g)
- ⅓ cup Rice Krispies (10g)
Instructions:
- Blend Base: Add all base ingredients into your pint. Blend smooth with a hand blender or milk frother.
- Freeze: Place pint in freezer until completely frozen (overnight is best).
- Thaw Slightly: Once frozen, thaw pint for 10 minutes or run edges under warm water for 1 minute. Place into Creami and run the Lite Ice Cream function once.
- Add Crunch Bar: Make a hole in the center of the pint, add crumbled Crunch Bar.
- Re-Spin: Place back in Creami and run the Mix-Ins function.
Make Crunch Layer:
-Melt 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips (~60 seconds in microwave). Mix with ⅓ cup Rice Krispies and press mixture on top of ice cream.
- Final Freeze: Freeze pint again for ~30 minutes to set the crunch layer.

Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups Fresh Blueberries
- 1 cup Fairlife Fat Free Milk
- 1/2 cup Element Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 tsp Zero Calorie Sweetener
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Mix-Ins:
- 2 tbsp Frozen Reduced Fat Cream Cheese Pieces
- ½ sheet Reduced Fat Graham Cracker
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients smooth, add to pint, and freeze overnight.
- If adding cream cheese chunks, freeze them too and chop small.
- Once frozen, process in the Creami using the “Ice Cream” function (for thick texture) or “Lite Ice Cream” (for froyo-style).
- Make a hole in the middle, add cream cheese + graham cracker, then run “Mix-In” function.
- If needed, repeat the mix-in step. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Fat Free Fairlife Milk
- 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

- 1 tbsp Sugar Free/Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 tsp Zero Calorie Sweetener
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in your pint until smooth.
- Freeze overnight.
- Run once on “Ice Cream” function. If crumbly, re-spin. Enjoy!

Ice cream will turn out best with a Ninja Creami, but a blender and food processor works great as well. Just stick it in the freezer after blending!
