Fall is right around the corner and it's just about time for all things Pumpkin Spice.
So it's the perfect time to share some savory pumpkin spice recipes that are protein packed, sweet & delicious to help with all your cravings heading into fall!
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Level-1 Pumpkin Spice Latte
- 1 TBSP coconut flour
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch sea salt (or regular salt)
- 1 TBSP chopped pecans
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. Except for the pecans, mix all cookie ingredients until well combined.
3. Fold in the pecans.
4. Spoon batter onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet as 4 cookies. Use the back of your spoon to help shape them.
5. Bake for 5 minutes, and check to see if they are firm. If not, continue to bake and check every 1-2 minutes. For best results, remove from oven as soon as they are firm.
6. Enjoy! Store in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 packed cup Level-1 Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Powder (or Vanilla)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2. Add the oats to a blender or food processor and process until a flour forms (about 20 seconds).
3. Add the pumpkin, Greek yogurt, eggs, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and blend again until well combined. Try not to over-process it if you can. Stir in the chocolate chips**.
4. Distribute into 12 silicone muffin liners (or regular muffin liners that are greased).
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 25 minutes will be a little moister while 30 minutes won't be as moist. Enjoy!

- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup creamy almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 TBSP honey
- 2 TBSP chia seeds (optional)
- 2 scoops Level-1 Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- dash of sea salt
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix.
2. Place mixture in the fridge for 15-20 minutes or so.
3. Roll into balls!
4. Store in the fridge for the week!
