When is the last day to sign up?
We have a hard cutoff for enrollment with no exceptions. (September 8th @ 11:59PM)
When are winners announced?
Winners are announced shortly after all submissions are gone through.
This will be announced via email, social media pages, and announced in the Facebook group.
What is the difference between the free division and the Lock-In division?
With the FREE division you will gain access to the Private Facebook Group, be eligible for Weekly Prizes, get free InBody Scans and nutrition help at your store, and be eligible to win the overall cash prize.
If you opt in to the $39.99 Lock-in Division … you will receive all of the above plus:

Do both divisions follow the same workout/nutrition plan?
When you sign up you will get a personalized meal plan tailored to you and your goals. There will be workouts provided with the challenge but you aren’t required to do those if you follow a different program or work with a personal trainer.
Is the challenge beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! We make everything as simple as possible to make it as effective as possible no matter where you are on your fitness journey.
Do I have to be a current customer to join?
No, you can be a new or present customer and join the challenge
How many winners will there be?
There will be $15,000 up for grabs and it’ll be distributed between 10 winners.

6 winners: $500 each (Lock-In Division only, randomized drawing for completing the challenge with a successful visible transformation.
Is the $50 gift card guaranteed?
To earn your $50.00 gift card, we must see successful physical change in your transformation at the end of your 8-weeks.
Can I still win prizes if I stay in the free division?
You can still participate in our weekly competitions in the Facebook group to win prizes AND you have the chance to win the overall cash prize if you have the best transformation.
Lock-in Division FAq's
What happens if I miss a check-in?
If you miss a check-in you will no longer be eligible to receive your $50 completion gift card, shirt, or entry into the 6 separate $500 cash prizes.
Are check-ins required for the Lock-In division?
Yes, It’s part of the additional accountability for entering into the Lock-in Division.
What do the text check-ins involve?
You are required to interact with any text you receive regarding your check-in!
How strict are the in-person check-ins?
They’re required to be made with an Inbody done also.
Can I reschedule my InBody scan?
Week 1, 4 and 8 Inbody scans are required to be made during that designated week.
What if I travel during the challenge?
You must still make every check-in a priority and on time.
Results & Eligibility
How are winners determined?
Winners are determined by having the most physical transformation between their starting photos and their final photos.
Do I need to submit photos?
Submitting photos is required to join the challenge.
Are Lock-In participants competing against free participants for grand prizes?
Yes, everyone is entered in to win the same cash prize money at the end of the 8 weeks.
Only Lock-in challenge members who meet all check in requirements and have a physical transformation will have a chance to win one of the six $500 cash prize picks.

How do the 6 separate $500 drawings work?
If you signed up for the Locked-in Division, completed all check-ins, and saw successful physical results, your name will be entered into this and 6 winners will be chosen anonymously.
When are the drawings announced?
These winners will be announced at the same time as the winners of the challenge.
How do I receive the T-shirt?
On your final submission form, you will be able to enter your t-shirt size and select which store you shop at.
Can someone win both a drawing and a grand prize?
Yes it is possible.
