How do I use Psychotic, 30 Servings?

Start with a QUARTER to HALF scoop mixed with 8-10 oz of cold water, 20-30 minutes before training. Never exceed one serving in 24 hours. Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime.

How much should I start with?

A quarter to a half scoop not a full serving. Insane Labz pre-workouts are among the most heavily stimulated on the market, and even experienced users typically don't need a full scoop. Never take more than one serving in 24 hours, and never stack with another stimulant.
