Description

1st Phorm Ignition: Premium Post-Workout Glycogen Support

Post-workout recovery isn’t just about protein. After training, your body prioritizes replenishing energy stores, specifically glycogen. Without adequate glycogen, protein may be used for energy instead of muscle repair and growth.

Ignition is formulated with pure dextrose monohydrate to rapidly deliver glucose to muscles, supporting optimal glycogen replenishment. By working with insulin, it helps muscle cells absorb protein and nutrients more efficiently, creating the ideal environment for recovery and growth.

Ignition can help support:

- Muscle Glycogen Replenishment

- Post-Workout Recovery

- Muscle Nutrient Uptake

- Training Performance

The formula also includes essential vitamins and minerals often depleted during training ... supporting hydration, muscle function, and overall recovery.

Stack Ignition with any high-quality whey protein isolate to maximize post-workout recovery and results.

Get back to training faster and support optimal recovery with 1st Phorm Ignition.

Faqs

Why does Ignition have so much sugar?

Ignition is a pure dexanhydrous glucose powder, which is a simple form of carbohydrate. Ignition also includes several vitamins and minerals that can help replenish what's lost through sweat during training. So while it appears to just be sugar ... Ignition is much more than that, and for a very specific reason.

All carbohydrates are broken down and converted into glucose in your bloodstream to provide energy for your body. This energy is important for various bodily functions, including protein utilization.

Ignition contains a monosaccharide (1 molecule) form of carbohydrate, compared to table sugar which is a disaccharide (2 molecules). This specific form is designed to help support glycogen replenishment after exercise with the help of insulin.

Insulin is a hormone which signals your body to begin storing nutrients after a workout. The carbohydrates in Ignition are designed to help support this natural process, which can help with glycogen replenishment and nutrient uptake for recovery.

When should I take Ignition?

Ignition is designed to be taken immediately after a workout in combination with a post-workout protein source like 1st Phorm Phormula-1 or Phormula-1 Natural. You can also take Ignition before a workout if you are unable to eat a meal and need a rapid-digesting source of carbs.

As far as what type of workout you should use Ignition after, we recommend any type of resistance training or high intensity training session.

When will I notice results?

Many can notice Ignition doing its job after the first workout. As with taking any supplement, individual results may vary.

What does Ignition taste like and how should I mix it?

By itself, Ignition does not have much of a taste. When mixed with a protein, it takes on the flavor of the protein! So, if you mix your Ignition with 1st Phorm Phormula-1 Chocolate, you will only taste the chocolate flavor, and not Ignition!
